What You Should Expect

Thank you for considering Hopewell Place. We know that it is a challenging step to get help for substance abuse. Here are the inital steps to begin your journey.

Step 1: CALL
Phone 304-757-8475 between the hours of 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM for more information. You may leave a message after hours and your call will be returned the next business day.

Step 2: SCHEDULE
You will be given the opportunity to schedule a free consultation at our next available opening.

Step 3: ACTION
Come to your scheduled appointment. If you would like, you may bring someone with you who may sit in on your consultation or remain in our waiting area.

Step 4: ENROLL
You may enroll in our program at the appointment. To be prepared to enroll, you should bring your insurance card if you are not choosing private pay. You will be asked a variety of appropriate questions and all answers will be kept strictly confidential.

Step 5: ATTEND
You will be expected to attend all scheduled appointments as you follow your plan and being your new journey.
